the Postal Stationery and Airmail disciplines and has formed many high
standard collections of both. In the stationery field these have included

Australia and India.
He co-authored the monograph The Postal Stationery of Paraguay in 2006,

He has been a member of twenty FIP International juries and was President

skill and his work for Australian and world philately in general has been
outstanding and, although it has somewhat curtailed his opportunities
for display, it was recognised in 2010 by the award of the Order of Australia
Medal in the Queen's Birthday Honours List.
