Executive, Project Officer and FIP Commission Delegates

All Executive, Project Officer and FIP Commission positions were appointed in Sydney on 15 September, 2007 and will hold office until the 2008 Annual General Meeting.

2008 Annual General Meeting

The 2008 APF Annual General Meeting will take place at the Old Woolstore, 1 Macquarie Street, Hobart, on Saturday, 6 September 2008 commencing at 10:00am.

As in the past, the Executive wishes to include in its bound Annual Report to be presented at the Annual General Meeting, a report of the year's activities of each of Project Officer and Commission Delegates.  All Executive members, Project Officers and FIP Commission delegates are asked to provide a written report in camera ready form to the APF Secretary by email by no later than 25 July.

  Election of 2008-09 Executive and appointment of Project Officers and Commission Delegates

Please note that only Executive Committee positions as listed below are elected at the Annual General Meeting.  Following a review of AGM procedures, the Executive has determined that all other positions will be appointed by the Executive with the details of the appointees provided to the AGM.

Nominees for the Executive Committee are required to submit their application by completing the official Nomination Form available from the APF Secretary.   Intending nominees should note that pursuant to the APF's Articles of Association, nominations must be approved by the Secretary of the nominating member State Council (provision for which is included on the nomination form).

Current Project Officers and FIP Commission delegates are asked to advise the APF Secretary of their willingness or otherwise to be reappointed for 2008-09 by no later than 25 July 2008.
