| Canberra Stampshow 2006 |
The Philatelic Society of Canberra staged the 14th consecutive biennial National Philatelic Convention - better known as Canberra Stampshow 2006 over the Canberra Day long weekend of 18-20 March 2006 at the Hellenic Club of Canberra in the town centre of Woden. This was the third time this family-friendly venue had been used for stampshows in Canberra.

Competitive Exhibition
The exhibition featured over 5,500 pages of exhibits with National Level classes accommodating the third Australasian Challenge and the Middle East Collectors Challenge of Australia (MECCA). All other classes including an Open Division were available at State Level. Medal and Challenge results were:
