The New Zealand Eleventh National Philatelic Literature Exhibition, organised by the Manawatu Philatelic Society under the Patronage of the New Zealand Philatelic Federation, will be held at the Palmerston North Community Leisure Centre, 569 Ferguson Street, Palmerston North, on 27 June 2009.  The exhibition will be open from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

The Organising Committee is now inviting entries from within as well as beyond New Zealand.

There are no entry fees or forms.  The submission of one copy of the literature item together with contact details (address and e-mail of the exhibitor) will be deemed to be the application for entry together with acceptance of the Rules of the Exhibition.

Entries may be submitted by the author, compiler, editor, publisher, sponsoring organisation or society or any other individual holding proprietary rights.  E

Entries must be received by Robyn Gwynn, 23 Clyde Road, Bluff Hill, Napier, 4110 by 30 April 2009.  The entry will be retained after the Exhibition and will be placed in the Manawatu Philatelic Society Library, Palmerston North.
