Effective from 1st January 2013 Allen Downes has been appointed to the position of Manager of the APF Retail Store located in SAPHIL House, Adelaide.
To enable us to provide a fast and quality service, Allen can be contacted by email 7 days per week.
Allen is also available on mobile phone 0407 508 951, or by mail to P.O. Box 83 Ingle Farm, SA 5098.
Should you prefer to continue placing orders through SAPHIL House, then Allen can be contacted by any of the following methods -

- or by fax (08) 8212 0131
- However, if you use any of above SAPHIL House contacts, please be patient, as SAPHIL House is generally only attended two days per week.
- Please note there is also no answering machine
Whilst everything possible will be done to ensure orders are speedily satisfied, occasionally there can be a problem. As this service is totally provided by volunteers,
we do ask that you be patient. Should the problem not be capable of a quick resolution, Allen will undoubtedly be in contact.
The store is also currently accepting orders for all of the souvenir items for Australia 2013, the International Exhibition to be held in Melbourne during May 2013.
