First select the Exhibition for which you have received results. The data must have:
Ensure that all details except the awards are entered into showman, e.g. the Show, then the exhibitors, then the exhibits.
Select the exhibit and click OK
You will be presented with an empty screen as shown above in which to record the results for the show.

| 3 | The class will automatically appear here. If it is not correct, return to (2) above. |
| 4 | Enter the number of frames exhibited. |
| 5 | Enter the level at which the Exhibit was judged, e.g. w(orld), n(ational) or s(tate) |
| 6 | Enter the number of points awarded. If not known, leave blank |
| 7 | If you entered a number of points in (6) above, the corresponding award for the class and judging level will be calculated by ShowMan and appears here. If no points were supplied you can enter an award here. You can also override the calculated award, if for some reason a different one was awarded by the jury. |
| 8 | Enter any special prizes awarded by the jury. There is room for 5 prizes. |
