What is the Tasmanian Stamp Council ?
The Tasmanian Stamp Council was formed in 1976 to foster the hobby of stamp collecting through organised philatelic societies and clubs, and by direct contact with the general public and collectors not directly involved with societies and clubs.

advice and guidance to prospective exhibitors; and
training of State judges
