Eastern Suburbs Philatelic Competition (ESPC)

Philatelic Societies in Victoria's east (both within and beyond the Melbourne metropolitan area) are invited each yearly to field teams in the Eastern Suburbs Philatelic Competition (ESPC), an inter-club event designed to encourage collectors to display their philatelic related collecting interests but with relaxed rules.
